They say the used to be located in Military Cut-off, same building as Witchcraft Gallery. We've been to Witchcraft Gallery more than a couple of times but never noticed them, although we were aware of other establishments there. Now they are on SB building on Session Rd. My husband was given a business card during one Session rd Sunday market and that's how we came to know of them. The bugnay wine was toooo sweeet! But it's 150 pesos and we really enjoyed it. We just hope it's less sweet though, for health reasons. At first, we asked if they have wine. The waiter said not yet because they haven't fully opened yet. Then my husband said that he saw there were wine bottles at the counter. The waiter responded that they are local wines and are sold by the bottle only. But that's exactly what we were looking for, locally produced alcoholic drinks! I hope next time, they'll serve tapuy drink also. The chicken tapa and kiniing pasta were rich in taste as well as the pusit pulutan with two kinds of wonderful sauces. With the items we already tried, I get the sense that whatever dish you order here, you won't get disappointed. I wanted to order the tapuey coffee but we're already tipsy with the bottle of bugnay wine. I also wanted to try the tapuey ice cream but we're already full from the meal. But to try these other things is the reason I'll be going back soon!

The food we ordered was authentic and absolutely delicious! The service was excellent, and I really appreciated that they offered free samples of their products and delicacies. The staff were courteous, friendly, and very accommodating. It’s also worth noting that they don’t charge any service fee despite the outstanding service they provide. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable dining experience!

Good selection of food, all locally sourced! Just a little disappointing that a few items we wanted to order weren't available. Staff did their best to suggest alternatives, which turned out great. One notable thing to mention is that sauce for the sweet potato fries is an overly sweet dip that overpowered the sweet potato taste. Would have preferred it salted. Otherwise, great coffee. Excellent tapuey ice creams. Interior-wise, it's difficult to sit facing the entrance especially when it's high noon, the brightness was too glaring that it gave me a headache, and they didn't have anything to shade it out.

The staff welcomes you upon entering the place. The menu is given after you've chosen your spot and a glass of water is brought next(as if they knew it took you sometime to find their place after a random suggestion of Google search for restaurants ). Best Orange Chicken I had so far, that sweet citrus flavor hit the spot really well. The side which included sauteed green beans with garlic and a touch of peanuts(?) was tasty as well. For dessert, I was wondering why their creme brulee was priced cheaply and then a cute size of it came so their goes my answer. It was my first taste of a creme brulee and I think it delivered well for my taste buds. This gastropub is around 5minutes away from hospitals, so besides from a hungry explorer, fatigued watchers can dine in or grab some food to be energized and might as well take some to go meals for their patients as long as the dishes they'll choose adhere to the pts' diet requirements.

I enjoyed their Watwat with Tapuey sauce. The simple boiled pork was succulent and tender and did not had unpleasant fattiness. The tapuey sauce was lightly sweet. On the other hand, their tapuey coffee with cream is not something I'd order again, perhaps the espresso was overpowered by the tapuey, and I think would need some acquired taste for someone to enjoy it.

We went here as suggested by FB while we are here in Baguio. I sent a message via their FB messenger, and they took our reservation. We were the only guests when we arrived, but soon, other guests came in. Our order arrived within 15 minutes. We ordered the etag adobo ( a Cordilleran dish) and Chicken Makhani. The available Cordilleran dishes are pork-based, but they have non-pork dishes, but they are not Cordilleran dishes anymore. We also ordered hot and iced tapuey coffee. The female server was nice enough to give us an extra shot of tapuey for my hot coffee. For dessert, we had tapuey ice cream, which comes in two variants: red and white. In terms of flavour, there's not much difference between the two. We decided to experiment a little bit and added our leftover coffee on our ice cream, which turned out to be really amazing. We highly recommend for customers to give it a try. The restaurant offers free WiFi, which is pretty stable. 2nd review: we went here for dinner, and there is enough space for our group They have a buy 1 take 1 promo for craft beers. We tried the lime beer. I didn't expect much, but I am pleasantly surprised that it tasted great. This time, we tried their rice meals, and it did not disappoint. We also got a free green tea pot for our food order. We also had ice cream after our meal. I am still highly recommending the tapuey ice cream.
